Printing
Your piece is printed on carefully selected materials, chosen not only for their durability, but for how they honour the artwork itself.

We use premium archival materials, gallery-grade canvas, and professional printing methods designed for exceptional colour, clarity, and longevity.

Colour
We take extra care regarding the colour reproduction of the artist's origianl artwork. Our printers work to the test files signed by our artists to ensure colour accuracy.

Choosing sizing, placement, framing, or styling is a challenge.

Use the “View in your Room” app connected to each artwork page.

Feeling technically challenged or want our advice? Email or Whatsapp us a pic of your room and the height of your wall. We will mock it up for you.

All artworks are made to order. Please choose your artwork, size and frame carefully as no returns or refunds are given for incorrect choices.

If your order arrives damaged, we will arrange for it's replacement free of charge. See steps below.

Photograph the damaged or quality defect piece as well as the packaging it arrived in.
Email us at info@ruthanne within two days of receiving the piece.
We may ask you to repack the print for return shipping.
We will replace your piece and ship to you free of charge. Standard turnaorund times will apply.
